Tell Ponylope What You Want

Click this link pony@ponylope.com to open an e-mail message window. In the body of the message, type the identifying information for each item you wish to purchase, such as

Beton BT 49 black, $10
Stuart white rearing C-8, $10
etc.

You can leave the e-mail window open like a clipboard as you navigate from page to page finding things you want. Now isn’t that better than filling up a virtual shopping cart?

Then, write a short note along with your list, giving Ponylope your name, address, e-mail address, and preferred method of payment. She accepts checks, money orders, or PayPal payment. You can use a credit card through PayPal, if your account is set up for credit.

Send the e-mail.

How to Pay Ponylope

Ponylope will respond with an INVOICE in one or two days. Print the invoice and mail it with your payment to the address in the invoice. If you have chosen to pay with PayPal, you will receive an e-mailed PayPal invoice with complete instructions on how to pay.

Pony Express

SHIPPING AND HANDLING charges will be clearly stated in the invoice. Generally, your items will be sent via U.S.P.S. Priority Mail. Very lightweight items may go First Class.

Having received many, many damaged shipments, Ponylope understands the vital importance of PACKING SECURELY. Most items will be wrapped separately in order to minimize wear. Bubble wrap, cardboard, newsprint, styrofoam peanuts, or other materials will be used for padding, depending on how fragile the items are. No shipment from Ponylope will arrive rattling around ominously in a battered box, if she can help it! PLEASE NOTE: For the most part, Ponylope packs with REUSED BUT CLEAN materials. This benefits both the Earth and the pocketbook.

If you pay with a money order or through PayPal, your horses will be on their way to you within two days after payment arrives. If you pay by check, your horses will stay in their corrals until the check clears Ponylope's bank.
